Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

If a generation job fails after credits were reserved, credits are automatically refunded to your balance. No action needed.

Purchased credits

Credit packs (Starter $9 / Pro $19) are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered. Contact support@momei.ink within 7 days if you experience billing errors.

Stripe disputes

For unauthorized charges, contact your bank or email support@momei.ink with your transaction ID.
