• Document prompts and generated output
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Analytics data (GA4, optionally Microsoft Clarity)

How we use data

To provide document generation, manage credits, process payments, improve the service, and respond to support requests.

Data retention

Generation logs are retained for service operation. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@momei.ink.

Third parties

We use Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage), AI providers (generation), and hosting infrastructure. Each has their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, PDPA, LGPD), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
